Regional Labour Market Committee Releases Toolkit to help Wood Buffalo Employers with Recruitment and Retention

Fort McMurray, Alberta (March 28, 2022) The Labour Market Committee is rolling out a toolkit to help employers in Wood Buffalo reach their recruitment and retention goals. The Regional
Labour Market Study forecasted that the region will see steady job growth till 2025, but the multifaceted impacts of COVID-19 will create unique challenges. This toolkit aims to help businesses and leaders recruit and retain a diverse and healthy workforce.
“The goal of this committee is to support business and industry with their biggest Labour market challenges. We hope this toolkit provides helpful tools and information for your organizations,” Regional Labour Market Committee.
This toolkit will give your organization some quick and helpful tools that you can use to address current challenges. It will provide resources such as grant information, local recruiting services and tools to help demonstrate to applicants that the Fort McMurray Wood Buffalo region is a great place to live and work.
