Children 1st

At Children 1st, we strive to enact our mission of providing circles of support to our children and families by building strong relationships and creating places of vitality where we nurture the children as they grow and develop. We use FLIGHT: Alberta's Early Learning and Care Framework to guide our practice and implement an emergent curriculum that places importance on problem solving approaches to guiding children's behaviour. Our centre provides care for up to 60 children between the ages of 6 months and 6 years old from 6:30am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday.
